Furutech FI-11 (Cu)

The Furutech FI-11(Cu) is an IEC connector for power cables designed for audio applications and for the construction of high-performance connections. The model uses copper-alloy contacts and conductive parts with an unplated finish, in a configuration designed to maintain a direct electrical path between the cable and the equipment.

The unplated α (Alpha) phosphor bronze conductor forms the main element of the electrical section. The connector also incorporates a dedicated Ground Jumper System designed to ensure continuity of the protective earth connection.

The front structure is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, while the outer body uses polycarbonate. This combination of materials contributes to the mechanical rigidity of the assembly and protects the internal components.

The Furutech FI-11(Cu) is rated for a nominal current of 15 A at 125 V or 10 A at 250 V and is used as an IEC connector for the construction of power cables intended for audio systems and other compatible equipment.

Furutech FI-E11 (Cu)

The Furutech FI-E11(Cu) is a Schuko plug designed for the construction of power cables for audio equipment and other compatible devices. The model adopts a two-pole-plus-earth configuration and is designed for use with cables assembled according to specific power-connection requirements.

The conductive section uses an α (Alpha) eutectic copper alloy with unplated contacts. This solution keeps the conductive surface free from additional metallic coatings and represents one of the defining features of the connector's construction.

The front body is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, while the outer shell is made of polycarbonate. The combination of these materials provides a rigid and durable structure suitable for use in assembled power cables.

The Furutech FI-E11(Cu) complies with the CEE7-VII standard and is KEMA-KEUR certified according to the Dutch KEMA standard. The connector is rated for a nominal current of 16 A at 250 V AC.
